Hello, my client on this workplace bought the addon “Localization Essential” for a CMS plan site with 1 locale on January 14. But on Webflow in design mode (I’m a guest with a Designer role on the workplace), I notice that the English language remains disabled, as if the Localization addon has not been installed. How can I have the English language activated? I specify that the French language being the native language.

From the message at the bottom, my guess is that the client didn’t add the Localization add-on or perhaps added it to the wrong site.
Also, it shouldn’t make any difference, but you could try viewing this same localization setting page, but from the base locale ( close it, then click the blue x at the top ext to the locale, then re-open it from the French base locale ).
