We’re upgrading our infrastructure— update your domains to maximize site performance

Hi there,

I came back from holliday and get to see this message:

**We’re upgrading our infrastructure— update your domains to maximize site performance.

I don’t have access anymore to the Registrar of all my clients, what happens if we don’t update the domain DNS for those websites ? Will the website not be accessible anymore ?

Hi there!

Webflow is upgrading its infrastructure by migrating secure network connections to Cloudflare. This migration will provide enhanced DDoS protection and faster global response times for all Webflow sites. To ensure uninterrupted service, you’ll need to update your DNS records:

• For non-Enterprise customers: Update by November 3, 2025
• For Enterprise customers: Update by December 15, 2025

This applies to all sites created before April 21, 2025. If you don’t update your DNS records by the deadline, your sites may experience publishing disruptions. We recommend updating your records well before the deadline to ensure a smooth transition.

Hopefully this helps! If you still need assistance, please reply here so somebody from the community can help.

I don’t have access to AWS to make the domain changes automatically. So I have to send the data to the administrator to modify it manually. Could you tell me all the records I need to modify? Just the CName? I’ll wait for the data to send it to the administrator.

Thanks!
