I received the migration notice saying I need to update my DNS records before November 3, 2025. My site currently uses Cloudflare, and I noticed that Webflow’s new setup instructions suggest adding a CNAMErecord for @ pointing to cdn.webflow.com.
However, Cloudflare shows an error saying “A CNAME already exists with that name” because I already have A records for @ (75.2.70.75 and 99.83.190.102).
Could you please confirm whether it’s still correct to keep my two A records for @ and only update my wwwCNAME to cdn.webflow.com (DNS-only), and set www.mydomain.com as the default domain?
I just want to make sure my domain will stay connected and not be affected after the November 3, 2025 migration deadline.
You’ll need to remove those two @ records completely.
The only ‘A @’ record you need to have is Webflow’s.
Screenshot those two ‘A’ records if you’re uncertain, so you can add them back if anything goes wrong. Removing additional ‘A’ records fixed the same issue I had.
Resolve: Delete two old A records and add new CNAME @ www and Target: cdn.webflow.com
and go to dshboard=>sites=>publishing and remove domain then add new domain and fix txt and value that Webflow provided.
