Unable to Update Billing information

I emailed Webflow about getting my site Plan to another site I have been working on. In order to do this, I needed to reach out to customer support and have them manually transfer my plan. They won’t do it unless I have updated my billing information. However, there is no tab to update the card information. I know it should be under the workspace site billing settings, but the tab to update my card is nowhere to be found. Not sure if this is something I’m doing wrong or a glitch on their end.

You have to go to Workspaces

On the next screen, select your workspace

And then you’ll see something like this

I tried that route. Can’t seem to find a update billing area still.

I read workspaces (i’m not in them yet) and locked on to that.

We are talking about a site plan right?
That should be in the project settings of the project that the site plan is on.

No worries Maria! I have tried the site plan billing area as well and it redirects me to the workspace area. Not sure where to go from here.
