GSC is setup with the domain and verified. The index page is the only page indexed in the serps.
Other pages are reporting an error in GSC:
“Page with redirect” referencing the non-www and non-https domains.
How to resolve?

Looks like lots of duplicate content and a thin attempt to game the SE. That can get you a penalty and put a site in the penalty box.
Also, make sure you setup GSC correctly.
Use a domain property, or else the specific default hostname you’ve set in your Webflow settings - in your case www.alcantarasteel.com.
When you submit the sitemap, make sure it’s also the correct, non-redirecting sitemap URL.
