Hey Everyone I Left this project alone since it was working good but at the moment Google doesn’t index them because of the redirect, I 'm new to this whole web page and seo but I didn’t put any redirect, Unless its webflow’s redirect to my domain name I honestly don’t understand it well

GSC is very OCD and easily confused.
I’m going to guess that you have the www. version set as default, which is correct for SSL, but which causes a redirect for your non-www URLs.
I’d probably re-register your GSC property as a domain property, so that it recognizes both www and non-www as belonging to the same property.
Then submit your sitemap as https://www.aamechanics.com/sitemap.xml
A lot of that redirect confusion should clear out on the new property.
