Been trying to update the payment info for our hosting plan, but I always only get “We encountered an issue! Try again.” error message.
Anyone else experience this? If so what did you do to fix it?
I have contacted support, the AI chatbot is absolutely no help, but I have not gotten any response. If we can’t get it updated our site will go down in 10 days.

I have of course done that, I have sent a video of the problem aswell. But all i get in return are «i understand» and links to unhelpful guides.
I believe support is on holiday for a bit. The first thing to do in any situation where Webflow is behaving oddly is-
Disable any big chrome extensions expecially ad blockers, try again
Switch to a Chrome incognito window, with no extensions and no cached data, try again
Consider trying a different machine on a different network
All web apps suffer from the fact that a lot of the connection between the server and the user is not under their control, and caches, proxies, routers, firewalls, browser extensions all change the game.
