Billing Issue: Paid for My Website, but It Still Says I Need to Pay

Hi Webflow Team,

I recently made a payment for my website, but the billing page still shows that I need to pay. My payment has already been deducted, yet my account has not been updated to reflect the payment.

I need urgent assistance in resolving this as I cannot proceed with my website. I have proof of payment and can provide any necessary details.

Hi Theodora, this is the community site, you’d need to contact Webflow directly through the support channel.

My guess is that you’ve accidentally purchased a Workspace plan instead of a Site plan. People seem to be doing that often lately.

Thanks for your response. I’ve actually been trying to reach the Webflow support team for a few days now, but it looks like the website is down. Do you know of any other way I can contact them? I’d really appreciate any guidance.

Not sure what you mean?
This is the support portal-

Make sure you don’t have ad blockers etc running as extensions, these will often break web application.

Hi Jia, I’m having the same issue. I have put a support ticket but as it is saying I haven’t got a paid account (Which I have) I am still waiting.

Just flagging @jia-webflow so he will get your msg. Since you’re a new forum user likely you cannot DM him your ticket number. Watch your messages here ( top right ) so that if he reaches out you can give him that info.
