Facing Payment Issues

Hey, Im trying to upgrade to basic plan by making payment and its showing bad gateway error. Tried more than 6 different cards. Attached SS for same.

I even tried reaching out to the webflow support but while submitting the query there’s and issue coming.

I would really appreciate if anyone can help!

Hi, is your billing address in EU or in a country that requires webflow to collect VAT tax? If so - the error suggests that proper VAT tax ID info should be filled out.

I’m having a similar problem. I entered the correct GST number, but it’s still not working.
