No reply from Customer Service?

Hi there

For over a year now my backups have not been working, i am trying to get hold of Webflow to discuses why nothing has ever been sorted by sending two emails but i have not received a reply…Its been around 5 days since my first sent email.

Any ideas of alternative contact options? Its frustrating when i pay so much but there is no priority on customer support. I wish Webflow was like that when taking my money lol.

Grant they say business days so the weekend doesn’t count which may give some explanation for the delay.
I would expect you to have a response sometime today.
I logged a call a week or so ago via the support page web chat and got a response that way.
Stick with it as my call was a strange one and it went up the chain. I got excellent service, way above my expectations.
