Webflow support not responding

Hi all,

I hope you are well.

I sent tickets to web flow support last Thursday and I haven’t received any response from them. I understand they work from Monday to Friday from 6 am - 6 pm. However, it’s been more than 48 hours and nothing. I even checked my junk folders to make sure.

I used their form to submit my tickets and provided all the information they require, is that the way to do it or is there another email?

PS. I am a paying customer and I’ve read that there is an email called priority@webflow.com.

Yes I did send other tickets with different topics. They just replied to one of them and the rest are still not replied. I hope they speed up their support because it makes me a bit nervous that they take so long to reply to paying customers.

It’s good to hear that I’m not alone waiting for their support. I really hope that they organize their support team because it is difficult to have to wait for at least 2 days for an answer.
