My clients website 404's(unpublished) yet was paid for last month

My clients site is currently down and 404’ing, yet they paid for a yearly plan last month, in October 2022. In the site activity tab it says the site plan was cancelled by an unknown user.
Additionally, the option to publish to their domain is now blank. We need their site up and running as soon as possible.

Any insight as to why this happened? How do we publish the site again? What can I do to solve this issue?

Milan is right, there is nothing we can do to help you. Ball is in Webflow’s court. The user - “User Not found” is alarming to me.

I faced the same problem.
Hopefully, this will save some time and worry in the future:
Most probably your invoice wasn’t paid successfully, which is the reason the plan was canceled. In my case the system automatically canceled the subscription after the 28 days grace period was up. Since it is system-canceled, this is why it’s showing as “User not found”.

If your invoice’s status is not uncollectible, please contact customer support.
