We got caught in credit card snafu, and our sites went unpublished. We have signed back up for the site plan with an accepted payment form but sites aren’t still showing a 404 error? Any guidance on how to get these sites published ASAP?
Thanks for your post. If a site goes unpublished due to a billing issue and a new site plan is added, you will need to re-add your custom domains on the hosting tab of project settings, then republish the site.
Since the custom domain was probably already pointed at Webflow, DNS steps can be skipped.
