Our website was shut down, because of unpaid plan (by accident). I already paid the yearly plan, but still our website isn’t visible. I’ve contacted the support twice, but got no reply. Please help urgently, if there is something I could do by myself to get it visible again.
Hi Paulina, the community cannot see site settings even with a readonly designer link.
If you’ve renewed your site plan, make sure;
- Check your domain settings on that site, relink them if necessary
- Set your default domain again
- Re-setup any redirects, etc. that may have been erased
- Republish everything
