Hello everyone and thanks in advance for any help or insight on what’s happening to my client’s page. We noticed the site was down (https://ajatus-consulting.com), and when I checked the dashboard, I can see that it’s acting like there is no attached plan (or custom domain) yet to page, however within the invoice history, I see that it was just renewed on October 19th, 2022 for a year.
Why is this happening? I’ve contacted them via email support, but wondering if I can get a quicker answer or idea here.
