HELP! I have no idea what’s going on with my site. I was having some weird issues with one of my animations that I couldn’t fix but (coincidence perhaps) I pasted some hubspot code into my website’s main custom code, submitted a form and then from then on my site has fallen to bits. All interactions are frozen and its even affecting the designer.
And I thought publishing would show thats just the designer and preview being odd but its published like this as well. It’s late and I’m tried and I have no answers.
It’s also only affecting the home page, and I have removed the top two sections that I thought might be causing the issues but no luck.
Saw that chrome was outdated but that had affect. Cleared cache from last 24hours, hard reload, no change. Tried logging into a guest browser, no change.
Hey @ejclearwater, have you tried restoring a backup? Does the problem persist? You could also try deleting interactions one by one. This should help you narrow down the issue.
GOT IT! I removed couple of interactions but I remembered that earlier in the day I changed all images to Auto to try and get the scroll animation working on anchor links. Whatever I did, it’s all working now. Never-the-less I will be putting restore a backup into my workflow
I’m happy to hear you got it working again. Regarding the backups: Webflow creates backups automatically for you in the background. It’s there for you to use if something goes wrong at any time. Before restoring an old version, a pre-restore version will be created as well so you can always jump back and forth.
