I'm confused which plan to choose?

Hi,
I have a small company for real estate brokerage, I need to build a website to list about 300 real estate listings, for rent and for sale, I guess we may have about 10,000 visitors a month.
so this is my first time to build a website and I’ll buy a ready template and work on it, which plan is the best for me to subscribe?!
