Real estate website using ecommerce template, which plan?

Hi, I’m doing a website for a real estate, I used an e-commerce layout because I needed something to show all property like a shop, but without buy anything and without doing money transaction, and with the possibility for real estate agent to add and modify all ads easily.
Now I’m wondering if I buy the “Website CMS” plan will I have the e-commerce pages or will I lose them because I didn’t buy the e-commerce plan?
