Hi all,
I have to build the website for my agency (video and photo agency) . I own the domain.
(maybe I will have to make a second site in the future).
There will be about ten pages and a blog, and one page for uplod and download.
Now I’m using Squarespace but I find it too limiting, I’d like to do a website a little bit more customised
I have some question…
which plan is the best for me? I don’t really understand the system… I want build the website and put it on my personal domain (I own website hosting and redirecting website)… (and maybe I have to build an other website in the following months)
I have to make a website for my agency in 3 language … Does Webflow work well in multilingual?
is well indexed by Google?
will I have to work on SEO because I need to be easily found and advertise with Google tools… like Ads… does SEO work well on webflow?
For your case, I recommend the CMS Site Plan, and the Lite Account Plan. You can get away with the Starter Account Plan, but you will be restricted with how many pages you can stage before publishing.
Webflow does not have a native feature for multi-languages (yet). You would need a third-party integration like Weglot or Localizer.co. Check out Webflow’s integration list here.
Webflow’s SEO is very easy to manage and effective. For best results, you should follow the basics like renaming images, adding alt-text to images, add page meta descriptions, and stick to a strict content structure (H1 to H6, etc.). Refer to their SEO page for more info.
To publish a site you only need a Site plan, so unless you want to have more unpublished projects in your account (10 instead of 2), more robust staging sites (100 static pages instead of 2—these are the sites hosted on the free webflow.io domain), or the ability to export projects, you’ll be fine with just the CMS plan.
If I create the site and have photos that come to life when I scroll or texts that move around, will these be seen on my hosting after the transfer?
I understand that I will not have the CMS on my hosting, but in case of changes to the site I can always make them on the Webflow platform and then re-export the new updated version, correct?
Thank you!

Yep, Interactions are included on exported projects—the only things not included are form processing (you can still use third party options), Ecommerce, and CMS functionality.

Correct, either that or edit the exported files manually as needed—although if you’re not familiar with coding you’ll need to modify in Webflow and re-export.
I have also decided to have hosting on Webflow because I will have a blog page that I will update once a week.
what should I buy in this case?
I will then have to transfer my domain from my current hosting to Webflow.
Since only the BLOG page will be accessed by 3 people,
can I block the rest of the site and leave the CSM only on the blog page so that I reduce errors due to incorrect editing?

For a blog you’ll want to go with the CMS plan.

Your domain is different than web hosting and Webflow doesn’t offer any domain management so you’ll want to keep your domain where it’s currently registered. Once you’re ready to attach the project to a domain and go live, you’ll need to update a couple settings within your DNS but Webflow provides documentation on handling this step-by-step for a number of different registrars.

I’m not sure what you mean here—by default, your site will only be editable by you (both within the Designer or the Editor). You do have the ability to add additional content collaborators, but unless you give someone else access, you will be the only one who can update content on the site.
