I have two webflow accounts. Its basically extortion in simple terms. I have two workspaces. I am using Agency plan in one and want to (but can’t) downgrade to “Starter” plan because webflow says you cannot have two Starter Workspaces.
OK. And now when I go delete my workspace, it says you better not have Workspace plan or Site plan enabled. THERE ARE NO SITES in the second workspace. Its also on the basic starter plan.
Please help geniuses.
(P.S I didn’t need another workspace, I just created it to see whats what with this NEW REVOLUTIONARY WORKSPACE MIGRATION PROGRAM .chillss… wooohh… Turned out it was just a glorified “new folder” option where you can pay if you want more items in it. So didn’t bother anymore. But now the site has bugs that charged me $60 bucks for staying on agency plan when i didn’t want to)…
I don’t have a solution for you, but I am experiencing the same issue.
It’s very annoying since I have a lot of client websites inside of folders on my main team Workspace, but every time I try to go back to the dashboard on my team Workspace… It takes me to my personal Workspace. This is very annoying since I have to go back and re-select the right Workspace any time I’m in the Project Settings page and want to go back to the Dashboard.
I don’t understand why I can’t delete a blank Workspace with no active site plans and only 1 member (me).
I’m very grateful to the Webflow team as their product has helped me tremendously with building out websites/ landing pages/ paywalls, but there are unfortunately quite a bit of random issues like this in the product.
