I accidently deleted a workspace which was linked to a Agency or Freelancer plan… How to get that back
Webflow support might be able to help, but you’ll need a workspace in order to contact support.
I’ll create a starter workspace, but do I really have to pay for another one just to regain access to my old paid workspace? That doesn’t make sense.
It’s been three days since I reached out, and the only response I’ve received is an automated email. Could you please provide an update or solution to this issue?
A starter workspace is free, but you’ll be able to contact support that way with your original workspace details and login email. I can’t guess more than that.
I don’t work for Webflow, so I have no idea if they can even restore a deleted Workspace, it’s not a scenario I’ve heard of before.

Unfortunately, it seems like Webflow’s support is more in name than action. They don’t appear to prioritize their clients, which is disappointing. A purchased plan should ideally be tied to the account, or at the very least, there should be a clear warning that deleting a workspace would result in losing the plan.
It’s frustrating, but I guess we’ll see how things unfold. Thanks again for trying to help!
I love Webflow’s support, they’ve been epic, but deleting your workspace is a weird corner case since you’ve deleted your login. I’m not sure how that happened but maybe Account Recovery is your best option.
But I do agree that it’s super strange what you’re describing in this message- if you were able to delete your workspace with an active site plan in it. I’ve never heard of that before.
Webflow has a lot of safeties in the system so that seems odd to me.
Will be interesting to see what support replies.
