Extremely Frustrating Experience with Webflow Student Subscription Renewal Process
I’ve been trying to renew my Webflow student subscription for the past three weeks, repeatedly submitting the required enrollment documents and forms. Yet, despite all my efforts, I’ve received no emails, no confirmation—absolutely nothing from Webflow. My subscription is now close to expiring, which means I’ll be charged $290 if this isn’t resolved soon.
As a long-time Webflow user, I’m incredibly disappointed and frustrated with the lack of customer service. It’s shocking to experience such an unresponsive support team for something as straightforward as a student subscription renewal. Today, I submitted yet another form for the student CMS site extension, hoping for a response, but honestly, I’m beginning to question if it’s even worth continuing to use Webflow if this is the level of service they provide.
I urge Webflow to address this urgently—both for myself and other students who might be facing similar issues. Please respond, and fix this process.
