Is there anything I can do to escalate this and get them to refund us?
We were on a monthly billing cycle, and then they changed the billing cycle to annual — and billed me for it. I didn’t make the change.
I’ve now downgraded to a free account but they are refusing to refund the unused portion of my subscription.
I’m so annoyed. We all know their billing structure is super confusing to begin with. I’ve been meaning to cancel our monthly subscription b/c we don’t really use the product enough and now I’m stuck with a charge for a yearly subscription that I don’t want.
Thanks for any advice on escalating…
