Custom domain not working!

Problem: Bought a domain via Webflow. Doesnt work after about 12 hrs. I’m not domain tech person so I’m totally lost at what could be wrong and how to fix.

  • Bought domain at IONOS via Webflow. Promised an easy setup.. yeah right.
  • Changed DNS according to Webflow publishing page
  • Requested SSL via IONOS, succesfully issued
  • Not even that is being picked up by WF
  • Contacted WF support, got a standard email
  • Changed DNS according to WF email
  • IONOS stated this is a WebFlow problem
  • Updated my ticket with my IONOS DNS settings
  • Updated my ticket with additional screenshots after a few hours
  • No reply. This was 8 hours ago(!)

To state I’m disappointed with WF support is to say the least. Just let me talk to a human..

Any help would be appreciated because WF Support for sure ain’t.

Edit: Contacted IONOS again. They say it’s definitely on the WF side.

WF and INOS Support (finally) reached out and both helped me fix. Please close.

I couldnt find a delete option for this post?

@themastershake We don’t delete posts in the community forum, they’re important for others- a way to find the solution for those that encounter the same problem.
