Webflow not recognizing my website DNS+ no response from support

Hi I am supposed to launch my new website on Monday and Webflow is not recognizing my DNS TXT records. I’ve communicated with support for several days to make changes, but even after those changes have been made, Webflow still cannot verify my site. Now customer support has gone silent.

Global resolvers show that the webflow.domain is resolved/recognized but the webflow.www.domain is not. My DNS records include the correct @–> A; www–> CNAME records as well as the _webflow.www–>TXT record with a one time verification code .

I previously tried–to no avail– removing the domain from the webflow portal and re-adding it to get a new one time verification code.

I’m wondering if there is an issue with the webflow migration to cloudflare that is affecting my account.

For anyone having this issue I wanted to explain the solve. Because I had purchased the domain originally on Google, which then offloaded their domain services to squarespace, I had to then switch my custom nameservers (google) to squarespace. To do this I went to the left panel and clicked on “Domain Nameservers” underneath DNS then I simply accepted the changes. and then my site verified immediately on webflow.
