HELP NEEDED: Connecting to Custom Domain

Hi there,

Having a very difficult time migrating my site over to a custom domain. I have purchased the domain through Ionos, and set up the SSL security through that website. And I have done the “Quick Connect to Domain” option, and it says that has been successful, but then I get an error message saying Webflow couldn’t add the custom domain.

Any help here is appreciated. The error message I am getting is below.

Hey Andrew,

Unfortunately the designer readonly link doesn’t give any ability to see site / domain settings, so it’s not useful here.

It’s possible to check DNS settings though. What custom domain are you trying to add?
