CMS HTML embed Variable on Contact Form?

Hi,

Using webflow CMS, I’ve generated around 40+ pages

I’ve HTML embedded a lead gen area (webflow contact form) as shown in the picture below on all CMS items in order to make the product title dynamic (symbol)

How can I use this variable with the contact form so it displays in the email subject?

“Enquiry: [variable]”

Use CMS variable with ZAPIER

Hi Guys, I’ve built over 50 CMS pages each with a contact form as a symbol. Is there a way with zapier that I can pass through the product name so when it saves to Google sheets? Below is a screenshot of what I mean [image] [image] What can I do?
