Dynamic data on a contact form?

Hello,

I’m currently building an e-commerce site and on each product page, I have an “Enquire about this item” button
Is there a way, either in Webflow or with some code added that the Item-Name can be added automatically to the form submission when the form is sent from that particular page, so the client knows which product the user has filled in, rather than the user having to type in the item name?
