I’ve built over 50 CMS pages each with a contact form as a symbol.
Is there a way with zapier that I can pass through the product name so when it saves to Google sheets?

What can I do?
You’ll have to create a hidden field in your form, and use some custom code to populate that field, so that it submits together in the form payload.
