I’d like to use CMS in designer to make building the site much quicker. However I don’t really want to pay for CMS hosting.
What happens to those CMS items if you try to upload onto a basic hosting. Do you get an error message or are they just missing?
Also if you export the site out of Webflow and host elsewhere what happens to the CMS items? I know it’ll be a static site but that’s not a problem as I can just update the site on designer (it’s my own site and not a clients)
