I’ve recently needed to view a backup via the Settings area for one of my sites. Regardless of whichever Backup I try to preview, it always times out:

I’ve contacted Support who have said its a known bug they are “actively investigating”. That was months back. Has anyone else had this issue? They commentated that my site’s size is an issue at 88 pages. That’s not exactly huge!
Not being able to access a backup is a pretty big deal.
