I cloned this site in which I am trying to unhide elements within the “hero” section and the “news” section to edit the content within them.
They have interactions that cause them to be hidden in the designer, and I can’t figure out how to unhide them.
Any help would be very much appreciated!

You can usually locate hidden elements in the navigator (look for the eye with a slash). Then change the display property on one you want to edit to block. Edit and change back to hidden.
