Unable to Purchase Billing Plan

Hello Webflow, new creator here that is helping my brother’s business who is more experienced with Webflow’s platform. I have been given tasks to ready sites and purchase hosting / billing plans for a client but am unable to do so. I have admin-level privileges as a team member on the company account. When I click a client’s website to upgrade their plan to Basic, however, the cart box appears but does not continue and remains “stuck”.

Have tested this on Edge, Firefox, and Chrome all with the same result. I have tried disabling any ad-blockers and filters but no luck. Wondering if there is something else that might be blocking the cart plan window appearing. I have also removed temporary data / cleared caches. Thanks!
