Transferring projects between account - Is it difficult?

Sorry for the novice question.

I’ve engaged a freelancer on Elance to help me design a site.

I’ve told him he should create the site first on his account and then transfer the finished product to my account.

He insists that he needed access to my account as in his own words:

It is very difficult to move the changes from one to another project on webflow

Is this true? I am not comfortable giving him access to my account.

I have transferred only one site, just recently to be exact. Really simple.
Go to project setting, click transfer, enter the email address and click.
