"This account cannot receive transfers"

Hi all,

I am trying to transfer a “sandbox” project to a free account.

However, it would return the error message “This account cannot receive transfers”.

Is there any other way to transfer such a project?

I have the same issue, someone is trying to transfer a project to my account which is a free account, but they receive an error saying that my account cannot accept transfers, with no further explanations why:

“This account cannot receive transfers”.

I have checked the plan details and all the documentations I could find but it mentions we need to have Pro or team plan to “Transfer”, and nowhere is mentioned that we cannot “receive” transfers if we are not Pro or team.

Thank you so much for your patience and understanding. We just pushed a fix with not being able to transfer to free Starter accounts.

Can you please take a look on your end and try to perform a project transfer again?
