HI, looking for great (not basic) survey/assesment platform with advance funcionalities (white label, matrix, grading, branching/skip logic) and not as expensive as SurveyMonkey or nice but rudimentary as https://www.tryinteract.com or https://www.qzzr.com. My use case is along the type “what personality you are…” for businesses, and of course, easy to integrate w/ webflow.

Just FYI, you will want to look at each form solution that allows for direct css editing! Trust me, I’ve made many forms and inevitably I want to do something and can’t change the styles 
I’ve use Wufoo & Jotfom in the past. Jotform actually has the most flexibility when dealing with layout structure, styles and code inserts.
