I’m currently trying to style the Rich Text Block in a blog post template in my Dulce template based site. I’ve watched some webflow videos and read other forum posts, but I can’t seem to select my paragraphs in the Rich Text Block. Any help would be 100/10!

If you want to style a collection’s elements of a rich text block, you have to go to your collection template page. Access the RTE , make sure it has a class, then you can proceed to assign styles to elements within that class.
You can’t style from a collection item. They all inherit the style from the template. Visit the university and view the styling a rich text element article.
