Student Discount Still not Activated

I applied for student discount initially with my student email and i was granted but i had just bought a template under my gmail. So i was told to reapply for it under my Gmail and i did and it was granted and i got a new code
However the code did not work

i contacted the customer support and after long wait, i was told to provide additional proof for my student statues like my student ID, which i did and included a student confirmation status letter as well. but i have yet to hear from the support team its has been 5 days since the last convo where i provided even more confirmation material but no answer
i even did follow up emails but still did not get a reply.

would appreciate it if someone helps with this.
