Sliders on iPad and Below - Stop Playing Automatically

Hi all,

I have a slider on my website which works and looks OK on all devices; apart from one snag. On devices ipad and below, when you touch the screen with your finger (to scroll down the page fro example), the slider stops playing automatically. Is there anyway we can stop this from happening?
