Site Editor Panel Is Missing

This has happened multiple times over the past few weeks and is currently giving me issues: When I am in my site designer, none of the page tools or properties panels are showing, making it literally impossible to edit the site. Not sure what the issue is here, but I have seen other complaints about this dating back to 2018, and the problem typically resolves itself eventually. Is anyone at Webflow actually addressing this issue? Thanks

Haven’t seen anything like that before.
A few things-

  • Make certain you’re in Designer mode. If you’re in another mode like Editor, the tools available to you are limited.
  • Clear the cache, disable chrome extensions, try a different computer, network, browser, the based “my web app is acting weird” protocol.

This happens to me sometime when I have two windows with WF designer open and sometime when only one tab with WF project is open. :man_shrugging:

After closing tabs with WF designer, sign out and sing back the Designer UI shows as it should but sometime need a few attempts to get back. It is a long term glitch you have to live with, as you can see.
