Unable to access Designer mode

Hi,
I am new to Webflow and have been working with a designer. He recently transferred in the site to my workspace. I am on the free level of the workspace but my site is on the CMS plan.

I am unable to access the Designer mode. I have editor mode but without Designer mode I am not able to add any collections. I have tried logging out and back in, turning off chrome extensions and accessing from DuckDuckGo to eliminate any potential cookies/caching/extension conflict. The Webflow bar at the bottom of the screen initially shows the icon allow toggling but the 3 lines disappear and clicking the webflow text does nothing.

Does anyone know how to address this?

I can’t create a share link because I don’t have access to designer :(

Hey Tony,

Sounds like you’re trying to access the designer from the content editor, which doesn’t work.

You want to access the designer directly. You’d just go to webflow.com and login to your workspace dashboard, then click on your site to enter designer mode.

Now that the site is transferred to you, you’ll probably no longer use the content editor. The designer has an edit mode which is much more capable.
