really good start. But I would put a search field in the hero row. Give faster access to the goals of the user.
Check out dice.com and indeed.com. They both get straight to the point.

@PixelGeek I agree, did that initially but my goal is to eventually get it published as a CMS template and it would require custom code which is not allowed, I’m figuring out a way to get a better front-end filtering, maybe with some tabs looking like toggles but it can’t be to complicated for the end user either.

Also, how about maybe using a border instead of a background color for those buttons for the off state, but fill in that colored background on the hover state? Just a suggestion

@PixelGeek Nice suggestion! Trying it but I cant seem to figure out how to get the bg color from the collection item on hover though,
any ideas on this?
