I am facing some issues with the Google Search Console.
It appears that my website is not being indexed properly by Google. I am reaching out to seek your valuable advice on how I can improve the situation.

For your reference, I have already submitted my site to the Google Search Console using the following XML:

What are the issues you’re encountering?
GSC is usually pretty good at telling you what misconfigurations you have.

GSC: Sitemap could not be read

Do you have any idea why?

Check your url to make sure you created it correctly. You should see XML if you paste it into your URL bar on a new tab.

Other than that, just resubmit it, GSC often hiccups on the first try there.

I have submitted the xml six times already, but I am still unsure what the issue is. I followed the same process with another website, and it worked without any problems.

Do you have any suggestions or thoughts on what might be causing the problem?

I wouldn’t worry about it, Google will recheck on its own.
Check back in a week or two and you should see your URLs listed, or else a specific error you can follow up on like a robots.txt block.

That doesn’t seem to be the case for you. so things appear fine.
