I have a client who’s looking to build a jobs recruitment website. Essentially their main aim is to have a search bar that can search all available jobs but also have dropdown filtering capabilities to allow end-users to pick from location and/or from job categories.
Would all of this functionality be available if we went with a Webflow CMS package using Collections, categories, etc. or would I need to integrate into some other external database application. Just throwing this out there in case other Webflower’s have had the same challenges in the past. TIA
No. Faceted search is not a feature.
Not an external database, but a third party search tool that could provide the features that you need. There are lots of references to tools in the forum, try searching algolia or search360 for related threads.
