Where do I even start? I ran a page insights test and it shows I have some major delays. The only item I understand how to fix is the large image. What about everything else?

Yow that’s low.
- Optimize images
- Remove any unneeded JS, reconsider stuff you think you need, but really don’t
- Revisit page loaders, interactions etc, since those will delay your LCP ( 13 seconds !!! )
- Then, if you’ve done what you can and still not seeing the results you need, hire @webdev to get you over the line
