Very clean, site, good use of Googles’ Material Design rules, and clean integration of Facebook Comments. As a non designer, you made a good decision to chose a graphic design framework (Material) to structure your pages.
Depending on how many items are under a category (for example, the “Prostitution” category hase 3 items), you may want to add a list of the items in the final page. Like a menu with anchor links so the visitos know what questions are treated in the page, at a glance, and can reach any point in one click.

I was trying to make a menu with anchor links with dynamic items but it’s so hard for me so I give up.
Instead, I decided to make a dropdown (show-more) list for the content of the page. Here is the new design: http://procon.webflow.io/topic/hop-phap-hoa-mai-dam
