Offline payment - Help ma validate!

hello mates!

I’m totally blind with coding. I need your help to validate my idea, to know is it doable or not.
If it is doable i plan to hire a coder. To solve my website offline payment problem.

To make offline payment possible for me, im thinking about several step like this

  1. Hide payment option on check out page
  2. Make some fake “place order button” which will do 2 things
  • send the data inside costumer info and shipping form to some table (google sheet or airtable maybe using zapier or some code)
  • open url for static thx page
  1. The point is to save the order data and use it for offline purpose

What do you think? Is it doable? Thx for ur help mates!
