Building a Quote-Based Webflow Online Store Without Payment Processing: Seeking Advice and Tips

Hello! I need a bit of your help. I’m building an online store for one of my clients in Webflow, but there’s no payment processing in the store. The client wants it so that after selecting a product, they would fill out a customer information form (address, billing information, phone number…), and then press the ‘request a quote’ button. A confirmation of the order should appear on the customer’s screen in the online store, and an automatic email should be sent saying ‘Thank you for requesting a quote! Here’s your offer, please enjoy!’ So, somehow it should be possible to order from the online store without payment. Could anyone tell me if this is possible? If so, how is it done, and if not, does anyone have any tips on what I could use?

Josh with Foxy here. What you’re after is not easily doable with Webflow Ecommerce. That said, it’s 100% doable with our seamless Webflow integration: https://foxy.io/webflow

  • Manage products with Webflow CMS
  • Allow customers to checkout without paying (collect general and custom info)
  • Display receipt/confirmation to customer after order
  • Send both the customer and store admins an email notification with quote info
  • Send customer/quote information anywhere via Zapier, Make, Pipedream, etc.
