New orders unusable for large stores

When a new order is submitted the product SKU is missing and it doesn’t show custom fields such as product manufacturer. My store sells thousands of different products and it’s imperative that the order specifies the product SKU and manufacturer. Also using zappier to connect Webflow to shipstation is basically worthless. Any idea how to fix these problems?

Had any luck with this, it is causing a lot of issues when trying to automate. SKU is critical.
