I have a problem with my website, I want to put a background video for my hero page the problem is that sometimes the video is not displayed, I see a play button in the middle of my section, is you can be guaranteed to have the video playing automatically and all the time.

Video is expensive on bandwidth, so some mobile devices will just refuse to autoplay. Other will autoplay only when the device is connected to wifi.
The best approach is to have a nice still image that is displayed when the video is not. Alternatively you could try some hacks, like JS to click the play button, but generally that’s considered bad UX design, and may penalize your SEO due to the core web vitals impact of a forced video load.
